NachoDeck collects and stores only the following information:

Email Address: Collected through the Discord OAuth login process. It is used exclusively to authenticate you within NachoDeck and to link your account to your Discord identity.

NachoDeck does not collect or store any of the following:

• IP addresses
• Discord usernames or user IDs
• Analytics or usage statistics
• Soundboard actions or playback history
• Button presses, client device information, or system details
• Any form of behavioral tracking or profiling

2. How We Use Your Information

The email address is used solely for:

• User Authentication: Identifying you when you log in to NachoDeck via Discord.
• Account Linking: Securely matching your Discord login to an internal NachoDeck account using hashed comparisons.

We do not use your email for marketing, advertising, analytics, or third-party sharing of any kind.

3. Data Storage and Retention

The email address is stored locally on your device until you remove it through the NachoDeck application settings.

We also maintain a hashed copy of your email in our private internal database to support account linking. This information is retained only as long as necessary to provide login functionality. You may delete your account or data at any time.

4. Security of Your Information

Your email is hashed using a secure cryptographic function before it is stored in our system. Our systems implement access controls and security practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your authentication data.

5. User Control and Deletion

You may request to delete your NachoDeck account and any stored email information at any time.

6. Compliance with Discord Developer Policy

NachoDeck adheres to Discord’s Developer Terms and Developer Policy. All actions involving Discord are explicitly user-triggered. No automated or unauthorized interactions occur. Your Discord data is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the application or legal requirements. You will be notified of material changes through the app interface or on our website.
