Terms of Service

1. Use of the Application

NachoDeck is currently in closed testing and is offered completely free of charge. There are no paid features, subscriptions, or monetization plans now or in the future.

The application runs exclusively on Windows. A Discord account is not required, but some enhanced features (such as triggering soundboard buttons) depend on linking to Discord via OAuth.

2. Discord Integration

NachoDeck allows users to trigger their own Discord soundboard sounds. This functionality:

• Requires user authorization via Discord OAuth.
• Sends soundboard playback requests only when directly triggered by the user.
• Does not send audio or otherwise automate Discord actions.
• Implements rate limiting to prevent API misuse.

All use of Discord-related features is performed on behalf of the user, and the user is solely responsible for complying with Discord’s own Terms and Developer Policies.

3. Custom Audio

Users may add and use custom audio clips within NachoDeck. These audio files are stored locally on the user’s device, and NachoDeck does not collect, transmit, or host any of this content.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any audio they upload or use.

4. User Conduct & Termination

Users must not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to interfere with NachoDeck or its Discord integrations. You may not use NachoDeck in violation of Discord’s API terms, or in any way that infringes on others' rights.

We reserve the right to terminate access to NachoDeck at any time for users who:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the system or APIs
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior

Users removed from the service will receive an email notification at the address provided. You may appeal a ban within 30 days of notice.

5. No Warranty

NachoDeck is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from use of this app.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

NachoDeck, its code, branding, and features are developed and owned by Ignaciochg.com / Nachobacanful. All other trademarks, logos, or intellectual property referenced in the app — including those belonging to Discord — remain the property of their respective owners. NachoDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on our website or within the application. Continued use of NachoDeck after changes indicates acceptance of those terms.
